Why consolidation matters for CMs
A typical mid-size CM runs 50-150 active client programs across multiple industries. Each program has different packaging specs, different volumes, and different shipping addresses. Procurement teams often end up with 8-15 different ESD packaging suppliers, each shipping small quantities at LTL rates.
Consolidating to one ESD supplier (us) typically saves 18-25% on packaging spend through freight consolidation, volume tiering on common SKUs, and reduced PO administration. Custom PCB tray program for CMs
For high-mix CMs running 10+ unique PCB designs through reflow and pack, custom thermoformed PCB ESD trays are usually a hidden cost — each new design wants its own cavity tray, but volumes are too small to justify standalone tooling.
Two patterns we support: (1) shared-tooling cavity inserts for our existing PG548 / JEDEC trays, where one die runs multiple inserts at lower NRE; (2) consigned stock of custom trays under the CM's blanket order, with the end client paying through the BOM.
Documentation flow
Every shipment includes: pack list with end-customer PO reference, COC with surface resistance test method and measured range, lot / batch traceability, ROHS / REACH SVHC statement, and a Certificate of Origin where applicable for cross-border shipments.
Available on request: full PPAP Level 3 package (capacitor lines), FAI / first-article inspection reports, customer-specific incoming-inspection certificates.
